Hardness Meter

Hardness measuring device with motor probe and cylindrical holder, case, cpl.

Specially designed device to measure the hardness of copper
layers on gravure cylinders. It is implemented into a holder for
the setup on a cylindrical object with easy in handling. Precise
measurements and indication of the value on a big illuminated
LCD-screen are beneficiary for the user.

- Hardness measurement in HV1
- Range: 100 - 300 HV
- Independent power source (dry cells)
- Method of measurement: UCI-method
- Big LCD-screen, backlight illumination on desire
- Single measurement or measuring statistics can be measured and
indicated on the screen
- The access to the program by the function buttons can be disabled

Equipment:
- Measuring unit Cu-H1 with the handy holder and handle
- Connection cable and probe, installed
- User's manual in German and English
- Case for the transportation and storage of the instrument

Additional equipment (optional):
- Calibration standard with certificate
- Copper skin on iron base for reference measuring, calibrated
- Data cable, connection to a PC by RS232 interface
- Gender changer, serial connection to a printer
- PC-software for Windows operating system, hardness readings can
be stored on the PC for any further use (SPC, average calculations
and more).
- Data printer for the direct printout of hardness readings from
the measuring instrument
