Complete Cylinder Production Department.
The whole operation was functional, until we ceased engraving
operations in December.
All plating tanks were emptied and cleaned.
All equipment is available and functional.

2 pcs. prep/setup stations for crane to start cycle and prep. and inspect cylinders.
20 pcs. holding stations for in progress cylinders.
1 pcs. automatic crane assembly with Siemens S5 program for cycle handling of programmed
cylinders.
Manual shafting of cylinders.
Control panel with S5 PLC and computer to enter desired program cycles.
